1. How many emails I can send per day/hour... ?
     This is the most popular question, the software does not limit your sending since you purchased it, all of your sending volume depending on your email provider. Such as you are using Gmail, so with Gmail's policy you can send 500 email(s) out per day. If you are using Yahoo, so with Yahoo's policy you can send 100 email(s) out per day. Because it's free service, it's only allow you to send a limited email per day. If you are using a paid service, you can feel free on what you want to send. For example:
- Amazon SES : 0,1$/1000 email - pay as you go unlimited.

2. What is 'SMTP Server' ?
     SMTP server/Mail Server is a server to send email out (outgoing email). It's acting as a Post Office. The mailing software (outlook, thunderbird...) will send your email to the SMTP server and the SMTP server will delivers it to the recipients. All device in the word must follow SMTP protocol to send email so you can using SMTP/Mail server anywhere in the world and any SMTP in the world can be integrate with UltraMailer.
    Notice: your mailbox/website/host/server is already a SMTP server.

3. Does my email go to inbox ?
- Your inbox rate depending on your SMTP server. If your SMTP server have high reputation to determine that it's not sending spam and it's usually sending good quality content to receiver so it will have high inbox rate.
- Your inbox rate depending on how many people click on the 'Report spam' button when receive your emails.
- Your inbox rate depending on your message content, most email provider find popular spam keyword in the content to determine a message is spam or not.

4. Can i export my data from UltraMailer to Excel
- Yes, you can export everything from UltraMailer to Excel, by press Ctrl + A to your list you want to export, right click and select Copy. Then paste to an Excel file.
