To track who opened and clicked on your email message, UltraMailer required a domain to tracking. So receiver can land on that domain in a tick and UltraMailer will record their information by mastering that domain. It's not only UltraMailer, every tracking software in the world using that method to tracking.
By default, UltraMailer using the domain 'track.chanret.com' to manage tracking. Sometime, someone using UltraMailer to spam email. So email providers will list the tracking domain 'track.chanret.com' to blacklist because it included in the spam message. It's make other people who using that domain to track email can be affected such as the message can go to spam. The great think is UltraMailer can changeable the tracking domain to your private domain so you won't need to worry. Which mean when your domain is listed in blacklist, you can also change it again and every email will go to inbox again.
To change the tracking domain to your domain, please follow this instructions:
Step 1. Create a sub-domain on your domain
Host : track
Type : CNAME
Host name : track.chanret.com
Step 2: Configure the software
Replace domain 'track.chanret.com' to track.yourdomain:
